1. Custom Items
- Custom and Personalized Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items. All sales of custom products are final.
2. Standard Items

Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- A brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.
- Photos of the item, if applicable (e.g., damaged goods).

4. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@abidingpaws.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
