Subscription Schedule

• 📬 Ships by the 20th — your envelope goes out by the 20th of each month
• 💳 Billing on the 11th — after your first payment (charged on the date of purchase), recurring payments process on the 11th of each month until cancelled
• 📅 Order deadline is the 10th — subscribe by the 10th to receive that month's shipment; orders placed after the 10th will ship the following month

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my first envelope?
Your first envelope ships based on when you subscribe. Sign up by the 10th of the month and it ships that same month by the 20th. Subscribe after the 10th and your first envelope ships the following month.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your account portal on the site. Please note that cancellations require 48 hours to process. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel at least 2 business days before your next billing date (the 11th of the month). Cancellations submitted less than 2 business days before the billing date cannot be refunded for that cycle.

What if my envelope is lost or damaged in the mail?
We've got you. Reach out to us and we'll make it right. Mail can be unpredictable, but your experience with Paws & Ponder shouldn't be.

Can I gift this to someone?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout and the envelope will go straight to them. It's a great gift for any faith-filled dog mom in your life.

Is this only for bully breed owners?
Paws & Ponder is built with bully breed families in mind, but the faith content is for anyone who loves Jesus and their dog. All are welcome here.

Does the sticker change every month?
Yes! Each month features a new exclusive design — you won't find these anywhere else. They're made just for Paws & Ponder members.

Does shipping really include Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes?
Shipping is included for all US addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box or APO/FPO address and run into any issues at checkout, contact us and we'll sort it out.
