Who's it NOT for?

• You're looking for cheap dog toys or generic treats
• Your dog has a delicate little neck and standard bandanas fit just fine
• You want mass-produced merch that could belong to any dog owner
• You need everything in your life to look polished and camera-ready before you can call it good

• You will be charged immediately for the first month's mailing and then future billing will be on 6th of each month thereafter.
  
• If you purchase by the 5th of each month at 11:59pm Central time you will receive the current month's mailing.
  
• If you purchase after this time, you will receive the next month's item once shipping happens for that item.
  ie. Purchase made June 12, item will ship for July's mailing by July 23rd.

Items will be mailed by the 23rd of each month

Please allow 5-7 business days for the box to arrive at your door from the time of shipment.

You can cancel anytime through your account portal on the site. To avoid being charged for the next box, please submit your cancellation by midnight Central time on the 1st of the month.

We don't currently offer a skip option. If you need to pause, you're welcome to cancel and resubscribe when you're ready. Please note that founding member status and your lifetime bonus are permanently lost upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated. If those benefits matter to you, we'd encourage you to hold your spot.

We don't offer refunds, but we've got your back. If your box arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it one time, no questions asked — just reach out at abidingpaws.com/pages/contact.

For any additional replacement requests beyond the first, we'll need photo documentation of the damage. Lost boxes will be verified through tracking before a replacement is issued.
